Yeah, that definitely isn't a North American speedo. Mine is below, which has the inner ring in MPH.

Btw, it was damn cold when I took this picture.

What do you agree to? Where do you guys see mph?!?!?!

I posted a snapshot above. Find me the MPH please....

This is a JDM speedometer (No Mph - not even on the inner dial)...

big communication breakdown... here's the deal.

1.) The video does not show a MPH on the spedo, indisputable. - if you don't agree with this, you didn't watch the video, go watch it.

2.) Who gives a flying a-hole what the spedo has on it, it could have the peanut butter jelly time bananna on it, 160k/hr is equal to 100MPH... not 92mph, not 106.25mph, it's 100MPH. The car it 100MPH like that.

Does that clear it up?

Sorry Speed, I should have said I agree 95%. I agree that the speedo reads 160km/h which is the same as 100mph. That was the main point of the whole post.
I think it is a case where we used to have MPH only on our speedos then they switched to km/h (with mph in smaller script), but us Older Farts automatically convert to either since we are used to both measures of speed.
But, You are absolutely correct there is only km/h showing

Here is another cookie for you genius. Thanks for the math lesson, but considering I come from a country that uses the metric system, I think I know the conversion formula....

Where did you see me arguing his top speed? OF COURSE 160Km/h is 100mph. I was talking about how FAST he was hitting those digits.

Get it?

P.S.

It's banana not bananna

The worst part (and I'm sure you'll all agree) is that the the car in the video was cold!

Does the engine come with synthetic oil from the factory? If so, its already broken in. Engines cant use synth oil without leaking unless all the rings and seals are set. That being said, a couple runs to redline wont hurt the car before the manufacture stated break in time. If its dino-oil then take it a bit easier. Ive always driven a car hard when I first got it so it sets itself to my driving habits.

My dad drives terribly slow and casual and thus his engines break in that way. Every time I take out one of his cars and romp on it, huge plumes of carbon deposits get blown out. Its healthy to get on the engine now and then, just not at every red light.
