Don't worry about your reaction time. And a 14.1 is very nice for your first trip out. It took me a long time to get to 14.1.

What are your mods, and do you have a timeslip?

I love it when I read guys laughing at people's times. Do you guys know at which track he was running? Do you guys know the conditions? You don't even know his trap speed.

14.2 is about the best you can get with a all stock G. But there are other things like track difference that make some cars run faster than they would normally.
It's possible that he sprayed.

First off im running a 5AT, this pull was not even in Tip-Tronic mode. I did spray, my first time, My first run. And with my Startime being so horrific 1.2 Seconds. I am rather impressed with the time, Next week after I get use to it a bit more I hope to put-up some better numbers.

Where are you located, and what's the elevation of the track.

And just FYI - the reaction time has absolutely no effect on your ET.

+1 on that, take your time with your start unless you are in a drag competition. Test and tune nights only count when you leave the dial...where are you located?

For your first time at the track and your first time using nitrous i would say those are good numbers. Let us know what happens when you get some more practice.

ill have to disagree.. assuming where talking about near sea level tracks, with almost perfect weather conditions and a 2.1 60ft or less.. 14.0 or possibly 13.9 is attainable. i ran 14.2 my first run ever with my G and a high 2.2 60ft. with a few more runs and practicing im sure i could have gotten down there myself. high 13's completely stock is a probable 5-10% chance but its def attainable but again assuming perfect conditions and driving.
