Hey whats up. For all the you people that live in LA. i was wondering if anybody would like to go out to palmdale and go drag racing for a night. I am personally down. If you want i will set it up and everything. I really wanna go becuase i want to test out the car. I have some other buddies with non g35's that are willing to come. And all they do is talk smack about our cars. So lets go show them a few things. If anybody is up for it reply here.

From Santa Monica, all you do is take the 405 to the 5 north all the way down about 35+ miles and then you reach Palmdale. I believe its the 14 to the 138 from there.

Man...the only thing I don't like about palmdale...the elevation is so stinkin' high there...

 

I thought it was from 5PM to 10PM..... or is that only on Weds. Yeah the elevation and high temp suck, my best time there is 15.6 (I'm still new to the drag scene), and those were decent times compare to all the other cars.
But I'm down to go.

Hey bk, A buddy of mine takes his SS Camaro down to Carlsbad. Is that close to you? I don't have the details on it's exact location, but I can find out for you.

Carlsbad is a little out of our way. About 2 hours, it is near San Deigo. We prefer a closer Palmdale

i just looked at irwindale speedway drag strip for a brief period of time and it's located near baldwin park. It's a good 40min drive for me which is alot closer then palmdale. The only concern is that I think the track is 1/8mile long?

Yeah Irwindale is an 1/8 mile track if I'm not mistaken...

Yeah you might want to look into California Speedway out in fontana...I'm not sure if they have their fall/winter schedule up yet...but I think racing was from 4pm - 11pm and I think $20 to race, $10 to watch
