Oahu
Just came back from there. All I can say is there seems to be alot of G Coupes there. Alot of Sedans too. I must of saw two Coupes a day. I probably saw the same one each day.
Personally I would be scared to drive my G around there. The streets are narrow and tourist drive crazy.

Re: Oahu
it's not that bad to drive there. My wifes aunt lives by diamond head so we have visited often. We always get a rental car so we can drive around. the problem I find is that the locals hate how fast the tourists drive. I had people intentioanlly block me and cut me off. It kinda peeves me as without tourism, the islands economy would be hurtin.

Re: Oahu
Tourists drive fast?? Hmm..I dont know about that. Well, I wouldnt know...everyone seems to be driving slower than me.
Wreck, next time you come into town, let us braddahs know. Would be a nice chance to hook the brothers up from the mainland. Or anyone else for that matter.
Back to the subject..Yes, roads are narrow, but look what we have to contend with compared to the mainland. Heck, our widest roads are the freeways. You should see what rush hour looks like. Normally, a drive into town from the leeward side without rush hour would take at least 20 minutes, would average nearly up to an hour and a half with traffic, considering no stalls or accidents or any natural disasters.

I'll let you know when I come down again. It was a furious 5 days. Went down for a wedding and really didn't have to much free time. I might have to come down there within 6 months. We are looking to by a new condo there. We haven't decided where.
I think I rather drive in LA traffic than traffic in Hawaii. There were times we were sitting at a dead stop on the highway for a few minutes. That machine that moves the center divider to create an extra lane is pretty cool.

No i did have to visit Pali. During my short stay there, the girls try to shop and every fricken mall. Made the guys suffer. Some of the guys took lessons in how to long board. The other took a boot and snorkled around diamond head. The highlight of ouw time was the wedding. Open bar...wuhoo..and the food was great. Otherwise we drive up to the northshore to see the swells. Other than that we Femnue and Roxa. Checked out hoe beautiful the prostitutes where. Alot of BBQ'. That's about it.
