Sporting Top Secret front bumper in Oahu???

I have a Vortech supercharged G35 and I'm moving to Oahu and I'm considering get a Top Secret front bumper to support the airflow into my FIMC. Am i going to have trouble with the local cops? Should I leave my OEM bumper on till i get there?

technically it's not legal but, I haven't had any problems. I had cops comment on the car though.

As long as your front plate is on it'll be fine.

It's a roll of the dice. Like stated above, keep the front plate and don't roll around slammed on the ground with 5% tints.

depends on when and where you drive. i am one whose front license plate is in the trunk.

but, you should definitely get your safety check prior to changing your bumper.

Are you by chance in the military.

If you are you can keep your current state plates and vehical registation. you just have to get the safty inspetion and vehical Pass (good for a year but renewable when you renew your state registation)

i kept my FL plates and in FL they only have rear plates so the front is not needed for me and i have never been pulled over for it.

I thought about keeping my FL tags as well but then you have to decide which is worse, front plate or 4"x6" sticker on your bumper.
