I will be getting a coupe within the next month or so and my friend is getting a sedan. I was just wondering how much you guys have been buying your g's for and at which dealership. Which dealerships to avoid and such. Also, has anyone been effected by the new car tax?

avoid advantage infiniti of santa monica. thats where i got my coupe, but they are a bunch of crooks

I got my 2003.5 sedan in Fairfield for $500 over invoice. Bought it 3 days after the 2004's came out. I had to take what they had in stock, but hey...leather, Bose, sunroof. Nice car. I also registered it just under the wire, before the higher registration fees went into effect. I checked the costs first online at Kelly Blue Book.

 

I just bought a Coupe from Gary Messer at Riverside Infiniti. Real nice bunch of guys out there. No dealer in SoCal will haggle on the price of the Coupe since the demand is still too high. If you work with Gary/Riverside at least you'll get your first 3 scheduled maintenance visits for free!

Of course, based on the fact that you live in Sac that might be a "tiny" bit far to drive for service...
