Hey I am totally set on getting a G35c within the month and I was wondering if anyone has purchased their g at the cerritos dealer... I live in cerritos so it would be very convenient for me to go there, but in the past werent so nice to me and didnt give me much attention w/o a parent (I'm 17 so obvious) just wondering if you guys had great service/customer service from these guys and if not then who from? thanks alot i appreciate it.

I got my G35 coupe from Cerritios. Ashleigh was the salesman who helped me out. I went to at least 10 infiniti dealers and he was the only one who would call me back with availability on what I wanted. I did not want to order as I wanted to see the car in person before buying. All other dealers would call me with cars that did not have all the options I wanted( a waste of time). Ashleigh took my options and colors down in his little notebook and kept calling me from time to time. When I finally bought, I was in and out in about 1hr....and about 15min was due to getting sirius hooked up for the 2 moth free trial. I know what you mean about salespersons not taking you seriously..... I had a guy at Costa Mesa infiniti tell me he had a car coming in set up the way I wanted....Well on the day it was to come in I called and he just seemed to not be available and after asking about the car, I was told that it had not yet arrived....Never got a call back, so I was glad when Ashleigh from Cerritos called me...Got there in about an hour and I got to unwrap(white protective coating and inside plastic coverings) the car myself. The only thing that I did not like was that they drilled the front bumper to put on a licence plate. I have seen a 350Z with butchered holes drilled into the bumper but mine were perfectly round and had plastic screw ties inserted. So let them know you do not want your bumper drilled before you buy. Just don't go to Cerritos and expect a discount on the coupes 'cause they are selling those coupies for sticker price. I suggest Tustin Infiniti, they are willing to negotiate a bit if you lay it all out for them for an easy sell.

 

I dont know if you purchased ur ride yet...If not go to Tustin ask for Alan...he's really cool, he'll keep it straight with you unlike other sales person.

 

If you're still looking to buy let me know I have a great experience with Cerritos and only paid $100 over invoice for my sedan.

Even though i bought my car there......Cerritos Infiniti is ghetto dues to the fact that......THEIR PARTS DEPARTMENT IS IN FORD!!
