Good Infiniti Dealerships.

I see lots of bad rep about the Infiniti Dealerships on the boards, and not too much good other than the guys at Riverside.

I bought my car at Superstition Infiniti in Mesa, Az and have been perfectly happy. They even sold me a tire for 50/75 bucks less than BigO/Discount could sell it to me for. I've received a rental car for everything, and they wash the car in front of you right as you are about to pick it up. I would recommend this dealership if someone asked me.

So...

Has anyone been to SS Infiniti and had bad experience? Good experience? How are good or bad are the other Arizona dealerships? And the how about the other Western dealerships?

(There should be a forums dedicated to dealerships, one thread per dealership containing peoples experience there)

The guys with the bucket and the chamois' were cleaning up the water spots and finishing up as I was walking out to get in my car from the 'service staging area'.

one key word of advice:

If you value your paint job dont let the dealer wash it for you

+1 on the wash job. I never let the dealer touch my car after seeing them mess up a set of Volks on a friend's car.

As for overall service, I use Midway Infiniti and have been very happy with them.

Yeah,, not a fan of Infiniti of Superstition Springs. I've had to take my car in there for a couple items and it's like pulling teeth to get anything done. I brought my car in there today for a driver-side window that is out of alignment. I asked if they they could have their tech align the window and was told that they have to charge me for that (car is still under warranty) and that the warranty only covers errors in workmanship. Uh, I would consider a window that is out of alignment from the factory an error in workmanship! If you're going in there for any work other than scheduled service or a TSB, they are a PITA to work with. (Doug sux.)

I've heard good things about Infiniti of Scottsdale so I'll probably hit them up next time.

I purchased my G from Infiniti of Scottsdale, and honestly it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I've owned the car for about 3wks & I receive weekly calls making sure I'm happy with my purchase, etc.

I also got a year of concierge service from them as well.

INFINITI OF SCOTTSDALE!!!!!!!!!!!

I like everyone that works there. They are very polite and never seem to rush you at all.

Almost everytime I go there I get caught up chit chatting with someone for a good 20 minutes.

Probably the best dealer I've ever been to along side with schumacher mercedes up in north scottsdale.

I am pulling my car out of the shop its in and taking it to the dealership. W/out knowing what the shop quoted me, the service advisor beat them. Plus I get the free loaner for the time being. I'm a fan of that!

Infiniti of Scottsdale wins again!

Infiniti of Scottsdale ALL DAY!! I have bought all my parts from them and had all my service work done from them. Very professional and very polite. I had my entire brake system re done there including rotors and they offered to hand wash my car. I'm too picky otherwise i would have let them. +1 on infiniti of scottsdale AKA everythingg35.com

Ok so this has changed a little bit. Things have been going well but my battery just went kaput and it's been 6 months since I bought the car. They want to charge me 60 bucks for a new battery (prorated from 2006!), so I talk to the manager and he tells me 'My boss will be all over me if I discount this battery for you, I can't do anything for you, so I will do nothing'...

Interesting way to put it for sure. I've bought used cars from used dealerships in the past that can warranty the battery for at least a year, my Jeep had it replaced when certified and they gave me 3 and that was not prorated! Surely this isn't the best Infiniti can do... I'm 23 and I have a lot of cars left to buy, I mean, wouldn't it be worth it for them to keep someone happy with this much car buying potential? Perhaps not, maybe I'm out of line?

I'm annoyed to say the least, but perhaps it is just the dealership. I'd take it to Scottsdale to give it a shot, but I work 6am - 7pm...

So... Am I completely out of line for my annoyance and rant? or should Infiniti be putting a little bit more effort into our 'relationship'?

Good information all.

Sounds like a visit to Infiniti of Scottsdale is in my future.
