Glendale Infiniti has the worst Service Dept. They give you filthy loaners and never make sure to fix the problem you go in for.
I pointed the speaker housing rattle to them 2 times. Personally showed to the service guy and tech(second time) and it still didn't get fixed.
Also, my coupe is pulling to right little and I have talked to consumer affairs and they are saying that all they need is confirmation from dealer so they can tell them how to fix it. But the service guy at Glendale Infiniti kept claiming that it was a road pull. I'm furious at Glendale Infiniti. I knew people there who were pretty cool but from now on I'll be going to Miller (where I had great experiece couple of years ago) or to Monrovia (anyone knows if they are good?).
Just thought to throw this out there for the people who want to buy from Glendale and/or get service from them.

At least you have options. Down here in San Diego, if you don't like Discover Infiniti, the next two closest dealers are Discover Infiniti, or Discover Infiniti. It takes an hour and a half to get to someone else. Maybe one of those good dealerships like Miller would like to open a branch in El Cajon? [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

NOTE: I'm not completely dissatisfied with Discover yet, but I am beginning to wish there was some competition down here.

Yeah, they do have quite a monopoly down there, don't they. It's one thing to have a sales department that's shitty but when service is crappy and they are the only one within a certain amount of miles...that sucks.

I usually go to Metro infiniti in monrovia just cuz its close to work.. I like it.. they are curtious and better for service than glendale infiniti..
