Calling ALL Reno Area Peeps!
I just came back from an eight-day vacation covering 4 states, and was in Reno at the Peppermill Casino since last Wednesday. Did any of you go to the Eagles concert on Saturday night? They played at the Lawlor Events Center at the campus. What a show!!! Just wondering if anyone had a story to share.

Old? I don't think so. I would have went if I would have known somebody else going. Last time I was in Reno in March, I went to see Eddie Money. Next month, Fleetwood Mac and KISS.
How was the Eagles? Did you have good seats?

LOL! [img]/w3timages/icons/laugh.gif[/img] When I indicated "old," I meant that it wouldn't particularly apply to most of the G owners out there. The Eagles have been around, way before most of the members here, were ever born. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]
But yes. The concert was awesome. Much to my surprise, they didn't do a whole lot of "Hell Freezes Over" songs. They played a ton of their older hits, as well as a ton of Joe Walsh hits.
They started late, about 8:15pm, and played for about 50 minutes. They took a 20 minute break after that, and came back to play another 2 hours! We had decent seats, really close, but at an angle. I would do it again tomorrow if I could. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img] We had to join the Eagles fan club to get seats before they went on sale to the public. Send me a PM, and I'll provide more info for you.
