The sad thing is i took traffic school today....For my other ticket, i need to somehow make money for the ticket and a valentine lol , well all is well, except not really heh. Does anyone haev any suggestions on what i should sya in court when i go to see them? I would love ideas!!!!!!! Thanks

Doh, getting a ticket blows. Sorry you don't qualify for traffic school. If you are truely in financial problem, you can go to court asking for a reduce fine. Most but not all judge will grant that. You can also elect to do community work to pay off your ticket, but personally I wouldn't do that. Also if you just need time, ask for an extention. Your ticket will cost less than $200. PCH cops are brutal, they alway pull me over for something. Last time I got pulled over was for no front license plate. He literally made a U-turn almost causing an accident to pull me over.

[censored] I'm sorry Jambee.. I was speeding too, which I shouldn't have done because I just got done paying a $350 61 in a 35 and need to attend traffic school too.

Hopefully it works out. The day was great, sucks that it had to end that way.

Probably since your a minor. But yeah, I was going to fight it without question. Until I realized that I could LOSE lol.. and If I were to lose this case, I would not have the option of traffic school and with 2 offenses already, my insurance will sky rocket. So I made the wiser decision and paid it off.. I still need to do traffic school, have about a month or so to complete it. After that, the point is gone, record is clean once again, and insurance remains the same.
