hey guys since no one else is starting a new thread on this meet, i decided to go ahead and do it. seems like most people feel comfortable having it at folsom lake. what we really need is info on times that everyone is free. its would be nice to have a meet, and is 3 weeks isnt enough time to work things out, we'll never get this to work.

 

Here's a link to Folsom lake <a href="http://www.folsomlakemarina.com/">information</a>. I found another site that indicates hours of operation are 8am-6pm so I'm guessing those are the hours you'll have to pay to get in ($5 for day use).



Saturdays in August are pretty popular lake days and Granite Bay is a particularly popular spot on the lake. If we get started too late we'll be taking our chances on getting an area with a BBQ pit and tables.

 

The earlier the better for me. But count me in!

Hey...whats up with this meet...I am going to be in Sac on Saturday...is the meet still on??...if not, does anyone just wanna hook up for Tapioca tea and check out the cars...I am going to StreetRyde Performance on the southside, near Greenhaven...I would be glad to meet up with other G's from Sactown.

 

dont kno if the meets still on. i think im just going to HIN in LA, i hope the meet happens. but i hardly ever see any G on the road, if i do its mostly some granny in a sedan.

 

I'm in if its an AM/ early PM meet. I have other commitments in the later afternoon.

Yeah I got PM plans too...this doesn't look like it's going to happen. Something is wrong with us Sacramento people, the same stuff happened with my previous Maxima meetings...everyone is hyped on day one and no one arrives on the date...bah...I think I'm done with "meets".
