These are hubcentric spacers that is specifically made to each vehicle; will fitted on your vehicle's original hub perfectly without any gap. Wheel spacers move the wheel out from the hub, effectively widening the stance of the vehicle and lowering its roll center. This simple modification increases lateral stability, which in turn provides improved handling & greater safety.

how do you know which size to get?

i have PIAAs with 19x9F and 19x10R both at +25 offset...you think for the 03 coupe, if I get the 10mm spacers and make them +15, it'll fit just fine or that'll stick out?

anyway to find out how perfect it'll sit?

You might need to put the rims on first. Measure the gap between the fender and your rim. The gap size is what you need for wheel spacers. Here is the link http://www.ichibausa.com/whspad.html
