Someone was selling these rims and i am a complete noob about rim sizing and such so I was hoping someone could help me out. Would these rims fit and clear brembos on a G35c?

wheel size: 18x7.5
offset: +45

If you put 4 18x7.5' wheels on G with that offset, it'll look like it's riding on bicycle wheels....
