Someone said something about having another bolt on the front so you cant mount the rears on the front. I just bought some 17s for the snow... Does that mean I wont be albe to mount the front ones unless I use a saw and cut off the extra metal bolt? How tough is it to remove it?

The correct set up for your Infinity G35 is a 25 mm thick hub centric spacer, and it comes as an installation kit with low profile lugs (these are necessary due to the thickness of the adapter) to bolt the adapters to your hub.
