the bolt simply comes out with a 12mm socket. Its not that hard to remove. No need to drill the spacer or break it off. Just hold the rotor with one hand and unbolt it.

Wish I knew that before I put the spacers on! I was afraid to touch those bolts...mission accomplished though...
