Is this worth it? I know it's a pretty good deal but I would rather have 18's on it. On the other hand, I have no plans on spending 2 G's for a new set of wheels.

You could do much better. Many shops out there who will chrome your wheels for a $100 per wheel. Will do just as good a job as the dealer. However, I think if you go with the dealer they will warranty them so if they start to corride or anything, they will fix/replace them.
