version S/ST vs. version T

for jdm folks, what's the difference between version S/ST and version T Z33's as seen here (scroll halfway down)?
and why would there be two fitments for the same car?

From looking at the offset differences, its most likely one set is to clear the brembos, and to clear the OEM brakes, usually brembo equipped 350zs can't run as low of offset to clear the brakes, just like g35s have issues running super low offsets with brembos
