Feedback requested on Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads

It's been a few weeks since a few members have switched to the above. Initial feedback indicated a significant reduction in dust, without any noticable difference in brake performance.

A concern was raised as to the durability of the pad over time, as well as an unknown concerning rotor wear.

Can the Satisfied Pro Ceramic pad users provide an update? I'm just itching to make the change!

Re: Feedback requested on Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads

I had the front ones on for about a month and a half. They seemed to stop like the stock pads, but the dust was almost non existent. I am using the ebc greenstuff now. Dont bother with the satisfied pro, the ebc is the way to go. If you are willing to pay 4x as much that is.

Re: Feedback requested on Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads

can you please elaborate on why you say don't bother with the satisfied pads if they perform like the stocks and produce no brake dust?

Re: Feedback requested on Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads

i had them for quite some time now. no dust at all rotor wear is the same, i had rotor wear with the stock pads and it has not seem to get worse since i changed to the ceramics. braking is the same. just spend the $37!

I concur with Antrock. Same stopping and ZERO dust. Ceramics are supposed to be SOFTER on your rotors, so I would love to know where all these people are getting that you have to be concerned with rotor wear.

Like I said get the ebc greenstuff if you can afford it, thats what I did. And like everybody else said if you want just stock performance than the satisfied pro will be good.

Are you all talking about the normal brakes or the Brembo's?

Re: Feedback requested on Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads

I concur with G35Gnome COMPLETELY

I love my EBC GreenStuff brake pads. Btter grip on my Rotora slotted rotors and NO brake dust! And I got these for 65 bucks. Not sure why it was mentioned to be 4 times more!

60 bucks is worth it!!!!!

Re: Feedback requested on Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads

Okay... Just orderd the Satisfied Pro Ceramics from Tirerack. With 20K miles, I suspect the brakes pads will nedd replacing soon, so I ordered the Satisfied's so I'd have replacements on hand as soon as I start hearing the low life squeal indicator.

Any Satisfied Ceramic users care to add feedback on these pads' performance?

Re: Feedback requested on Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads

Is there ANY squeel with the Satisfied or the EBC pads??

I have the Hawks, and can not stop the squeeling. There is NO brake dust though.

BillR
let me guess your brakes squel during light braking and or easing up on the pedal while slowing down, if so this may help.
correct me if i am wrong, but when i researched the hawk pads they did not come with shims. well if they did not pop the shims off of the stock pads or buy stock shims @ infiniti and put them ont the hawk pads that should help alot.

Re: Feedback requested on Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads

Where do you get the EBC greenstuff pads? Do they make front and rear pads for the coupe w/ brembos? How much do they cost? I'm sick and tired of cleaning my wheels every 2 days.
