Can not be swapped with this? Saves weight & space and according to manufacturer is safe with TPMS sensors as well as run-flat tires.

I wouldnt wanna be stuck on some dark road in the middle of nowhere, beacase i didnt have a spare, and the fix-a-flat didnt work

I think this is a much better system than fix-a-flat. It is simply a compressor (and those rarely fail) and the sealant is injected in the air stream. With fix-a-flat there was always the concern whether there was enough air in the can to totally pump up the tire. I think in most cases it pumped enough to be marginally usable to limp home.
I understand the reservations. But a donut is a poor excuse for a tire, especially if you are a long way from help. Not saying that's a likely scenario.
Most soft tires seem to happen close to home, and of course when you are in a hurry. But saving the weight would be nice too.
I will have to read up up on it more. Especially if there are problems permanently repairing a tire because of the goo.
