Long story short, my G was in an accident last month. After getting it fixed, this no name body shop bent all 4 rims in the process. I went to Infiniti since I didn't trust that bodyshop anymore to have them check it, and confirmed it was bent when it was on the lift. So after the claims adjuster goes to inspect the damage, he also concurs it is the body shop's fault and a new set of oem rims will need to be replaced. I called my insurance to see if they would let me order aftermarket rims as long as its cheaper than the 19" OEM rims, and they agreed!!!

I am so psyched at this moment, I can hardly type this out!! This is where I need your help. If you could order any style of 19" rims for a G IP coupe (has to be under oem price, which I am still researching that $), which would you choose? I have been out of the aftermarket scene for some time now, so I need to scour the web ASAP!
PLEASE ADVISE!!

What year is your car? 03/04 oem rims are priced differently then 05/06 rims...

I have 05 6MT IP coupe. I am not familiar with wheel sizes also. I basicaly want to keep my existing oem tires, they only have 3k miles on them. Will aftermarket rims work ok with the existing oem tires?

He has the 05/06 wheels because he has the 19"s, I don't believe the 03/04's came with 19", though I am not sure on this.

I had an accident as well less than 3 weeks ago. Each 19" OEM wheel from the dealer is $849.18. I have the full insurance adjuster report and all. So for 4 wheels, its $3396.72. For that price, you can get some nasty volks PLUS tires. Go to www.e-wheelz.com you lucky bastard lol and find a set you like. This site is the site for Importhookup and he is amazing when it comes to wheels.

lucky bastard... a friend bent his rims when he spunt out and went over a curb, he was quoted close to 4k for the oem 19''s so you can practically get almost any set of wheels with tires you want

Did you check out the Wheel & Tire forum and all the pics of different ones???????

You should have many choices...it just depends on the style you are looking for. Check out Racing Hart, Volk, Piaa, BBS, I Forged, HRE, DPE, SSR.......and on and on.

Asking everyone here what you should get is crazy as everyone has a different opinion. Get what YOU want.

I just want to get some ideas and links. I have been in the wheels forum for the past hour looking at pictures. I just thought this might speed up the process. I guess I won't be working or sleeping tonight!
I like the black or gunmetal spokes with a deep polished lip. Is this style played out? I had this on my 01 accord and was hot then, but is it hot still? Plus, I have IP, which will make black stick out like a sore thumb, not sure if I want to attract this attention, especially since I don't plan to lower the car or add any other accessories.

i have an idea
you can definitely afford to buy new tires with that price. make them wider in the back and the front. they wont look as good with the OEM specs. something like 9/10 or 8.5/10.5. take the tires off the damged wheels and sell them on here.. i gurantee you'll have them sold within the first week. everyone needs back up tires.
get the volk Gt-s in gunmetal or gold for your IP.
