How does this look? I don't want to have a bigger wheel gap than stock, and I don't plan on lowering the car since its a headache to deal with. Plus, I only have 3k to play with so my options are somewhat limited. please post pics if you have this setup or if this is recommended.

if you go with 8.5F/9.5R, then you can probably use the stock tires, they will look stretched, but it will probably work ok. Won't work on a 10.5" rim however, so that may limit your choices, not sure if the j8's come in those sizes

Your main concern is the overall diameter of the wheel. Your OEM fronts are 225/40/19 which are 26.1" in diameter the equal tire size of 255/35/19 is 26" in diameter which would give you the same gap in your wheel well. Your rear OEM's are 245/40/19 which is 26.7" which would equal the size of 275/35/19, which is 26.6" or you could go with 285/35/19 which is 26.9", a tad taller.

Go to www.rims-n-tires.com and on the bottom right hand corner click on the link that says "size comparer". You will see how and compare different size tires, it will give you all the info you will need to know to make a informed decision.

Hope this helps...........
