Dumb wheel question

Say I have an 18x 9.5" wheel with a +30 offset. Say that I add a 3mm spacer. Does that make the offset a +33 or a +27?

The reason I ask is because I am searching for a second set of wheels and I am having a hell of a time finding the sizes I need. I am running an 18x 9.5" +30 all around right now, but would like to upgrade the rears to an 18x 10" or 18x 10.5" so I can more comfortably fit my 315/30/18 tire. Currently a 3mm spacer does not make my tires rub, but a 5mm does.

Thanks in advance for any help.
