9.5 front, 10.5 rear
I'm getting mixed opinions and I want to get it straight before I plunge into these widths. Will these sizes rub on a G35 Coupe 6MT dropped on Tein S-Techs? I'm thinking 245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 rear.

They won't rub if you get the right offsets. Keep in the high 20's and mid 30's and you should not have a problem. Give me the offsets you are thinking about and I can tell you if it will or will not rub.

+22 is really low, you will definately need to roll you fenders with that offset to be safe.
The safe area on the rear is between 3.3"~3.9" from rolling the fenders.
With +22 on a 10.5 rim is 4.38", just a little over the safely area. So I would recommend rolling them b/c of speed bumps and pot holes.

No Problem!
What kind of rims you looking at anyways? If you are going for lip, offsets make the biggest difference to the size of the lip. I'll try to help you find the best offsets for you to get the biggest lip possible without rolling the fenders.

Re: 9.5 front, 10.5 rear
Looking at what Ray's available offsets for the LE37Ts in 19x9.5 and 19x8.5 you can go both in +22 (the rear will be safe range 3.88") So you should have no problems running these offsets on a 9.5 and 8.5 rim.
But if you run 10.5 rim with a +22 offset, the lip difference will be dramatic. I will look about 1" more lip (Looks really nice!) Gives it even a more deepdish performance look. But like I said earlier, you will need to roll your rear fenders for that size and offsets.
