255/45's on Sedan Sport 18s?

I need to get a set of all season tires on my sedan before winter hits. Im in southern Maryand so no need for true snow tires. I dont push the car hard in the rain or slush etc, just in the dry. Ive chosen the new Yokohama Advan S4s. They are offered in 245/45 and 255/45 and both sizes would be within spec on the 18x7.5 rims. Im pretty sure the 255s will fit and clear front and back, does anyone know for sure? Id imagine that the 255's will also be a bit less responsive in turn in etc with the slightly higher profile. I like the idea of as much tire width under the car as possible. I have the revised Z suspension to put in soon also so the car will be dropped a bit. I plan to get a set of summer rims and tires in the spring so the ultimate performance of the winter set up is not totally a big deal, but I'd like to get the best bag for the buck. Any sedan driver input?
