Pissed - no wheel lock adapter

Some dealers sure do know how to screw you. I can't find my wheel lock adapter anywhere in my car. I bought my car from Motorwerks in IL and I think they forgot to give me a set of lugs and adapter. So pissed. I'm going to raise hell tomorrow at the dealer. Usually you would think they put it near the jack/tools or even next to the spare. Nope, I can't find mine anywhere.
