Eibach Anti-Sways Feedback?

Someone posted a few weeks ago about their new sways. They bolted them up with the front bar "loose" and the rear bar "neutral". Any feedback on that installation? Anybody else have these on their sedan who would care to provide feedback?

I just got my kit yesterday, and I'd like a little more info before I start my installation. For example, the tight settings for both front and rear are recommended for dry roads only. Most of my driving is done in the dry, but what's going to happen if I happen to drive in the wet with the tight/tight setting? I don't plan to reset the bar everytime I leave home. Should I just be content with the loose/neutral setting? Please advise. THX.
