On OCT 16th I had my 7500mi service completed on my G35 Coupe 6MT with 18" wheels. I took a quick look over the car to make sure nothing had been damaged. I was then away on business for a week and left my coupe garaged at home. This past weekend when I was washing my G I was up close to the rims cleaning them with a cloth and noticed some scratches on the front two rims... At first I thought I might have brushed something when driving but being on both wheels the same kind of scratching I knew it wasnt possible especially seeing how the location of the scratch is not the outter most part of the rim... I took snapshots of each wheel an email my dealer to see if they could tell me what to do and hopfully they'll take the hint and look to replace/fix them for me. I just wanted to post this to see if anyone else had this problem ever or if they had seen/heard of it. here's some snapshots...
