would 245/40/18 work with oem wheels

Question would 245/40/18 work with oem wheels

I need to buy two rear tires because my are shot and i was wondering if someone could help and let me know if 245/40/18 would work on stock 18' oem wheels, do i need to get 245/45/18 or is there any other sizes that i could go with???

245/40-18 would work on the front, but not the backs. They will "fit", but the rolling size is too small, as it will be the same rolling size as the fronts, so the VDC will flip out.

thanks for the info, do you know if any other sizes will work on the back besides 245/45/18?
