Re: Volk SF Winning's mounted...

SHARP! Of all the wheels I have seen, the Winnings bring out the best in the G. Where can I get a set?

Re: Volk SF Winning's mounted...

I always like mesh rims. I couldn't find any that would clear the brembos that i liked and would give the rear a lip. SF Winning are perfect.

My man. Your wheels are sweet. I want a set for my DG!
What size are they (ht x wd x offset)?
Who sells them???

Re: Volk SF Winning's mounted...

Thanks C_Lawd.
They're 19x 9.5 in the rear with a +29 offset
and 19x8.5 in the front w/ a +25 offset.
They're sold everywhere...
I got mine through Options Auto Salon here in southern California

Cool. I have looked for them here in MD, but no one seems to have them in. I also look for them on tirerack and discount tire, but found none.
Anyway, do you happen to know the offset (if its different) for 19x9.5 front and 19x10.5 rear. Is that set up even feasible?

Re: Volk SF Winning's mounted...

How much did you pay for everything, wheels/tires. Also are they lighter than the stock wheels? Does anyone care about weight?

Thanks - Joey Avino

Re: Volk SF Winning's mounted...

absolutely stunning! thanks for making my decision that much tougher - I was all set on LE37-T's until these showed up...I was having trouble finding a offset config. that would allow for a lip w/o going 10.5" wide in the rear - but I think you just solved my problem - just get the Winnings!

what color do you think would look best on a DG coupe - gunmetal or merc. silver?

Re: Volk SF Winning's mounted...

Hey malx: I paid $2100 for the wheels, $950 for the tires. As for the weight...i didn't actually weigh the stock and new wheels w/ tires on them. But in all honesty, the 19" winning w/ the bigger tires felt lighter than my stock 18's did...but it could've been my imagination. I wish I couldn've weighed them but the shop I put them on at didn't have a scale handy.

bzabodyn...you really can't go wrong with any color...but the mercury silver is actually very nice in person...don't think the pics really bring out the greatest of the color. I believe macsg35coupe just got the same wheels on his DG 6 speed coupe. there should be a post here somewhere as well as on the coupe general forum w/ pics.
