I HAVE RACING HART CR RIMS. I WANT TO KNOW I I CAN POWDER COAT THEM BLACK, THE REASON I ASK IS BECAUSE, I WANT TO KNOW IF THE METAL WILL WARP TO DUE TO THE EXCESSIVE HEAT IN THE POWDER COATING OVENS?

Yes, you can powder coat almost anything. You will need to blast the wheels, but yes. I have seen it done. I also use to work at a Powder Coating shop. So, I hoped this helped.

I had mine done for $125 per wheel and that was with masking the LIP and the RIVETS. I had a Powder coater tell me he could give me the Masking Tape and have me mask everything of and he would just charge me for the powder coating, $50 per wheel.
I had no METAL WARPING, I personally haven't heard of a wheel warping in a powder coating oven.

that was pretty good.

OP, if they are aluminum wheels, you might consider anodizing. Just a thought.

usually masking off a wheel is not good enough when powdercoating... you will be better off painting the wheel and leaving the lip polished... those wheels are not modular, the two pieces are welded together...

usually when powdercoating, if you are going to leave the lip polished, it has to be machined / diamond cut... ie.. powdercoat the full wheel, and then machine the part you want silver... but this leaves a diamond cut finish, not polished like your current wheel..

best for you in your case is paint imho...
