Toyo Proxies if your wallet permits. you just cant get a better street performance tire in my opinion. but hey, everybody is different.

i found for the money, Falken Ziex is a "best buy" all season performance tire.

FYI: Discount Tire Direct has been in business for a long time. Better overall deal than tirerack because of the free shipping. their protection plans are no joke either. i am a repeat customer.

Best bang for the buck would be the Avon 550 A/S. They are great in the rain, have a very aggressive tread, and last way longer than OEM tires. The handling may not be as crisp but they are dirt cheap. Check them out on tirerack.com You can get a Costco, BJ wholesale club or a tireshop of your choice to install them after they are shipped directly to them. Good luck.

Those are probably one of the most expensive tires on the market though.

Tirerack.com has pretty good reviews, you can read about the tires there. When you make up your mind on which tires to get you can froogle them.

I recently put on a set of Goodyear F1's. I really like the tire, no slip and I live in Florida where it rains a lot and they rated a 10 of 10 for rain traction. Not the cheapest. I paid around 750 + shipping from tire rack. Plus I don't think you can find a better tred design. Granted I bought the tires for performance, but the tred is a nice esthetic bonus....
