Wheels & Tires Grabbing the road and stopping.

Will 245/45/17 fit on a base stock 05 G35s?

Will 245/45/17 fit on a base stock 05 G35s?

i have a 05 sedan stock tires 215/55/17

i was lookin for 225 or 235 and my friend suggested 245s and now he says 245s might not fit (knucklehead ) can someone pleaseeeeeeeeeee tell me 245/45/17's will fit cuz i already ordered them i have the base wheels w/ the 7 spokes

I had 245/45/17 tires on a 17x8 +43 wheel and it was pretty close to touching the suspension piece that holds up the upper a-arm. Dont' know what the specs of the '05 sedan wheels are but if it's what I think it is (17x7 +45) not only will the tire probably rub against the inside suspension piece, it will probably bulge on that skinny of a wheel. You would be better off getting 235/50/17 tires for those stock wheels assuming my specs are correct.

yeah they are 17x7 :-\

i was lookin at 235/50 to begin with too
