i just bought 4 SSR with 19"x9.5....just wondering wat size of the tire should i go for..?....the best set up.....

 

275/35/19 or 275/30/19

I would recommend a 255/35/19 on a 19x9.5 wheel.

I run 255/35/19 on 19x9.5s fronts and 275/35/19 on 19x10.5s rears (next set will be 285/35/19).

 

do the tires rub at all

 

The wheel sizes really should be staggered. The OEM front and rear tires are different diameters.

 

mine' is a coupe ,actually i got 4 bronze(i may powdercoat black, still thinking)-__- 19"X9 43mm offset(spacer for sure)....SSR D5R ...26lbs each....not sure if it is heavy or light=.=.....

Dang, you are going to need some big spacers, like 25mm Front 30mm Rear to get into a decent range

 

for 25 mm i will get like 43-25=18 front and 43-30=13 rear is that wat u mean?....

does 15mm gonna work?.....

 

A 9" wheel with a +18 offset is equiv to a 9.5" +24 offset wheel, but with more clearance on the inside of the wheel well, while a 9" +13 wheel is equiv to a 10.5" +32. Considering that offset in the rear is pretty mild for most people, I would say in the rear you actually would need a +40 spacer to get the rims flush with the fender. I'm not actually recommending running these sizes of spacers, just giving you an idea whats going to be needed to get these wheels to work. My adivice it try to find a different set of wheels that were meant for the G, +43 is just wrong, and will require too much compensation to get them to look right. The d5rs come in widths/offsets that are correct for the G, and as a bonus you get more lip, yours will hardly have any.

^ I agree a 245/35/19 for the front and 275/30/19 for the rears would be appropriate. He mentioned 35 profiles for the rear but the wider rears should have a 30 profile to balance out for the front size.

 

wrong, 275/30/19s are too short, almost an inch shorter than stock, a 275/35/19 matches the oem tire diameter better and is the most common size used on g35 coupes

 

no. the rear oem tires are not 275 width that is why the 35 series height can work. you would not use oem tires to reference if the widths are different. On a 275 width tire, it will sit perfect. Check with any rim/tire shop and thier charts for height comparision when using staggerred sizes. Many have done it and ive seen it.
Im sure both 35 and 30 will work but i would rec the 30 as the 35 will make the rear sit kinda higher.
