Need help some information here, please??
For those G35 Sedan or Coupe owner that installed Z suspension and with 18" 19" 20" wheel :
~ Does the suspension bottom out?
~ Will its cause fender rub?
~ How much lower?

Need help some information here, please??
For those G35 Sedan or Coupe owner that installed Z suspension and with 18" 19" 20" wheel :
1. Does the suspension bottom out?
2. Will its cause fender rub?
3. How much lower?

1. If have bottomed out, that is why I want more spring stiffness. BUT!!!, I drive in a manner that is highly aggressive. I don't expect other to run out of travel like I can mange it,...at all. If I can bottom out the Z setup, I'd hate to think what Eibachs would be like for me, besides the fact that I will not touch progressive springs of any sort.

2. You can never get the stock rims and tire to ever rub, no matter your setup. And if you follow the sedan offset, rim width, and tire width laws, you will also never rub 100% of the time. Follow the law and you will never rub.

3. The 350z (g35 coupe for that matter to) springs and struts will lower the sedan 7/8" in the front and 1 1/8" in the rear.

Here's a quick pic I took to show what the drop looks like. I did the shot in a way to show the wheel gaps better vs following good picture taking rules.
