Different pads and rotors for newest cars?

Since Infiniti has admitted there's a problem with the existing pads and rotors (i.e., warrantee coverage), have they changed the pads and rotors on the cars currently in production? Going to ceramic pads, which are already used on some Nissans, might solve the problem as well as the dust issue.

I would hope they do, seems like this will cost them a lot of money, and to have to keep doing it because they used the same pads, who knows!
