is it bad not to change aftermarket wheels during harsh winters?

im in boston and dont have winter wheels to add for the winter..i have my work meisters still on my car and have had no problems..(knock on wood)

i guess im just trying to see if there are problems with not changing them...too cold and too lazy these days...

are there other issues with cold weather other than slipping in snow that i need to be concerned about??ie salt rusting up my wheels or the extreme cold causing the tires to deform or pop? im just not used to changing my wheels depending on weather condition (originally from sunny los angeles)

thanks for any input

the salt can get into the crevises on multipiece wheels that could
accelerate corrosion. i recommend one piece wheels for winter as
they are much easier to clean and dry.

I wouldnt be driving on meisters in the snow, thats a quick way to curve your rims, salt would be a big problem. winter is when you put your OEM wheels back on.
