drilling wheels for TPMS sensors?

Do most aftermarket wheels have to be drilled for TPMS sesnors? I would like to put TPMS sensors on my 5zigen aftermarket wheels. I assume they don't fit as it is...

wouldn't banding them throw off the rotation from the extra weight on one part of the wheel. or do they add more of those little clip things to the wheel. I would assume those clip things are weights to balance, but I'm not sure.
