Interesing question about Tires for 19" OE wheels

has anyone mouned all 4 of the same width tires on 8 and 8.5 width wheels. If i align with 0 camber, can i mount 4 of the same tires for the "staggered" set up...i was thinking maybe 235 all around, or even 245 all around? opinions are more than welcome. thank you

having zero camber would adversly affect the handling characteristics of the car. (for the worse).

having a staggered setup means having different front & rear tire & wheel combos. I dont really know what you are asking ??

you probably can get away with it but I don't recommend it. car was
design for this set-up so altering it will yield negative gains

yeah, i ended up not messing with camber or my suspension, probably better in the long run.
As far as tires on the stock 19s. I put 235/35 in the front and 255/35 in the back and love them. I got hte BFG G-force KDW II and they rock. they are just alittle wider and really make the car look good

Im putting 245/35 on the front and 255/40 on the rear. I researched alot and found that this combination is great for the OEM 19 setup

This is going to feel really weird. I have the common 245 front/275 rear set-up on aftermarket wheels and the 245's in front bite so hard that you are going to make your car incredibly neutral by going 245/255 and lose handling characteristics. The front and rear are likely to break loose at the same time instead of getting some oversteer.

I would not recommend going to 245s in front--go with 235's max. The 245s have much slower turn in. Even the new Audi R8 only has 235 in the front to give better turn in. The 245s up front make the car less fun to drive IMO.

I think I will go down to 235s when I next need tires.
