19's are cool but I'd go with 20's to fill more of the wheel well. If you are staying on 18's why bother to buy rims if you are not going up a size or two?

^^So true. Don't waste ur time and $$ on 18's. I have 19's now and Im going w/20's next. You can get a better looking wheel imo and you get more choices in tire brands w/20 as opposed to 19's. I think 18's look too small on these cars. I had 18's on my vette they looked good but they also filled up the wheel well better than 18's on a g35 do.

Because the 18's I have are forged, and weigh less than the stock 18's, and I have a big lip on my 18's, which none of the stock rims have.

We can go around in circles in any direction with these arguments, as they are silly... I could turn it around, and ask what's the point of buying 19's or 20's if you aren't buying lightweight/forged rims? I see lots of members buying chromed 19's that weigh a ton, but I don't tell them they are wasting their money.

I agree with avs and G mented, 18's are ok way to go. 19's are better LOOk wise, but bigger wheels are always gonna be heavier unless u buy really expensive aftermarket rims.
My problem is the same I want to go 19 but i dont want to drop my car and I am also determined to keep my stock 18's as winter setups. Swapping my wheels from summer to winter may cause me Alignment problems i dont want to face. So I think Ill go with aftermarket 18's and keep the swap Numbers similiar. What do u guys think?

I'm buying rims soon and am going to go with 18's. IMO, 18's look great on the car. At the same time, I want to keep all-season tires going all year round and doing that on 19's would be a b!tch. Whatever I get should be an improvement over the stock 17's....
