Is this a good Setup?

I'm planning on purchasing Works VW-XX wheels. 9.5X10.5. Offset (F)+28 (R)+29.

those wheels will fit just fine, they'll be tucked a tiny bit, but will still look good.

I'm sorry, but when you say tucked what do you mean, are you saying it's not wide enough? Dunno.

the wheel will not be perfectly flush with the fenders. like how the stock wheels sit inside the fender line, these wheels will do the same, but wont be tucking in as much as the oems. a +24 or lower will be perfectly flush with the fenders but you have to custom order those. You can always get 5-10mm spacers if you want them to stick out a little bit.

Those should be fine.. Tucked means they'll fit a little snugg under the wheel well. If you're into the VS-XX's.. I have my wheels up for sale too. I'm located in SoCal too. Let me know!..

I like wide, just don't want them sticking out past the fender. No hover craft look? But I'm guessing my offsets works.

yes, if you dont want them sticking outside of the fender at all, then the offsets you originally posted will be perfect.
