Help with rims/tires

I have an '04 G35 Coupe (non-Brembo). Bought it with 18" wheels.

I'm looking to purchase the 5-Zigen Sports Engine SC3000 HS Wheels.

Front: 19" x 8.5 (25 mm offset)
Rear: 19" x 9.5 (25 mm offset)

I'd like to buy the Toyo Proxes T1R. Can people please advise re: exact tire sizes for the front and rear? I don't want the tires to be too fat or too thin for front and rear rims.

Also, with these offsets in the front and rear, will the car look okay? I don't want the rims tucked in too much, or jutting out too much.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Sid.
