whats the wieght difference from OEM 18's to 19's Volk GT-7

There 285/35/19 in the back.

I would say give or take 3 pounds...my te37 19" are the exact same as my OEM 17s

i would say with 285s in the rear you are looking at about 4 pounds more than stock then....
