Are the 06 19" wheels the same as the 05 19"? They seem whiter, (maybe cleaner)

no, they're the same. Unless of course, they have been painted. A buddy of mines wheels were all painted regular silver when they should of been "Mercury Silver", a color from Rays. Its that hyper silver type of look.

no, most wheel repair shops cant match the paint on the OEM 19's. they can try & get it close but alot of times the idiots just paint them silver.
