2 or 4 tires?

I have 20 k miles on my 2005 coupe 19 inches summer tires, and I am experiencing the tire feathering issue. The front tires are making very loud noise at low speed.

I was wondering If I am getting Toyo T1Rs, can I just get the front two instead of getting a set of 4. Would it be a problem performance wise?

I'm not familiar with the Toyos, but as a rule, you can definitely get 2 tires per axle at a time. Make sure you align your car. The feathering is an issue with all coupes with standard suspension. Try to get your Toe to the Max within the specs to help minimize your feathering from the negative camber. If your toe specs are 0.0 degrees to .08 try to get as close to .08 as possible to help slow down your feathering. Your camber cannot be adjusted.

as a general rule i would say get all 4 unless you just cant afford it which i am sure isn't the case. getting just two may not cause a huge performance issue but it can on occassions.

You can do two at a time as long as they are front or rear.
