Time to buy tires for new 20" Volks due to arrive

I've already tried searching. My new 20" Volk GT-7 wheels are going to arrive shortly, after about a 3 month wait.

Front: 20" x 9.5" +22
Rear: 20" x 10.5" +24
Tein H-Tech for 350Z springs

Most guys go with the Toyo T1R's at 245/35/20 front and 275/30/20 rear. I was considering doing the same setup with the T1R's. But, I would rather go with Falken FK452's instead, at 255/30/20 front and 285/30/20 rear which would give an almost identical outside diameter as the stock 18" wheels. I hear that the Falkens run slightly narrower for the same width as the Toyos. Anybody out there running FK452's at 255/30/20 and 285/30/20? Any issues with rubbing?

good luck with the GT7's

from what i read, you would need to roll the rear
with that setup. other then that you should be
fine with Htechs.

i went with the standard 245/35 -275/30/20's T1R's but also ran
the 285/30 but needed a roll with my drop. I just went back to the
275/30.
No issues now

Very nice, congrats!

I am a big fan of the Falkens. Now sure on the rubbing.
