haha, nice vid! I think that should be the video anthem when it comes to the bling blang wheels.

Also, are the wheels new? I've had that happen to me before because of a bent wheel. I've heard of high speed balancing or just repair the wheel if that's the problem.

just bought ah cattle lick

sway bars? ya kiddin' me? +1 on getting a better mechanic.

with no hub rings, make sure the lugs were tightened while the car was still lifted. Or just barely lower it enough to keep the tires from spinning when tightening lugs nuts. Otherwise, it'll be a lot of force/weight on the lugs when it's trying to sit properly while tightening it.

Put your old wheels and tires back on and have the car aligned again.

Then take the new wheels and tires to a place that has a GSP 9700 Hunter Road Force Balancer. A good operator can check all aspects of the wheels and tires to make sure they are within factory specs. How to find one: http://www.gsp9700.com/pub/search/findgsp9700.cfm

Personally install the freshly balanced wheels onto the car. Since the lug nuts center the wheel on the hub, be sure to hand tighten each of the 5 lug nuts as you spin the tire in the air, then tighten in at least three steps (a 25# setting, a 50# setting and then the final 82# setting) using a torque wrench. Tighten in a criss-cross pattern.
