Work VS-XX Offset Question

I'm about to order some Work VS-XX in 19x9 +21 and 19x10 +24
Are these the right offsets for a coupe to make the wheels somewhat flush? Also should I ask about O and A disks or is standard disks fine with the offsets mentioned above. Help I want to place my order today.

No expert on them so I can't help but I will say those are hot! Nice choice.

Those offsets are fine for a conservative setup. If you want a more aggressive setup with more lip, you have to ask yourself these questions
Do I have or want BBK?
Am I willing to roll my fenders?
How low will I be dropped and what camber settings will I run?
What tire sizes will I use and brand?
Based on this information, we can tell you a better setup if thats what you are after.

Ideally I do not want to lower the car but after I see the wheels on my opinion will probably change. The most I would do is tein h-techs.
I do not plan on doing any kind of big brake upgrade.
Last, I was thinking of running 245/20/19 and 275/40/19 to try and soften the ride up some.

245/20/19 and 275/40/19 are both really bad tire sizes, and they aren't going to make things ride softer because of the extremely short sidewall on the front wheels, I'm not even sure that size is available. Go with 245/35/19 and 275/35/19.

redlude you think the offsets I'm about to go with will be OK though given my plans as far as brakes and suspension? I would probably ride stock height for a little and I've seen cars with too low of an offset on stock setup and kind of looks 4x4 ish

Those offset should be okay, but I still wouldn't put those 40 series tires on AT ALL! They will kill you acceleration, throw off your speedometer/odometer readings, and will increase the likelyhood of rubbing

yea I'll probably end up sticking with the 245/35 and 275/35 I was just entertaining the idea of trying to run higher sidewall tires.
