Canadian/American Winter Tires

I know this is a big issue in Canada, but I was wondering how many of the American G35 owners put winter rims and or tires on their car...

Re: Canadian/American Winter Tires

I can only speak for myself here but I live in the Northeastern part of the U.S. and I found the car to be dangerous to drive with out snow tires....I have the 18" wheel pkg...many with the stock 17" tires get by just fine....I however, can not find snow tires for my car at this point and time....I took delivery in late oct this year and wasn't warned about the wheel tire exchange you have to do for the winter season...any way I hope to find winter tire pkg this year since nobody seems to have any stock left.....2old4this

Re: Canadian/American Winter Tires

I think most peeps who use their car as a primary vehicle and reside in a part of the country where snow fall occurs do purchase a set of tires (and wheels). It is very risky to be driving in snow with the Micheline Pilots. I ended up getting new wheels (17s) which are riding on Pirelli Winter 210s.
