Will these wheels fit?
The rims are rim size 18x7.5, bolt pattern 5x100 & 5x4.5, offset is 45mm, backside is 6 inches. Will these fit and look good on a 2003 G35 Coupe w/o the Brembo package??

bolt pattern is 5x114.3 aka 5x4.5. i don't know where you got the 5x100 from. those wheels would be super tucked. what are they?

They are Motegi MR7's.

Would I have to get spacers then for sure? Would I need anything else?

why not just get stock 18's. they look very very similar

how much could i find those for? there arent many g35's in my area so they would have to be shipped.

Are spacers the only option for these wheels?

those will be skinnier than the oem 18's, your performance will suffer significantly
